ROLE SUMMARY
Our biotech client in Denmark requires 3x Work Package Owners to lead the introduction of a new injectables facility to their manufacturing hub in Copenhagen. The Work Packages consist of: Building & Utilities / Flow Design / Compliance. This is a contract position that is initially approved for 18 months with high likelihood of extension.
Tasks include:
• Providing clear goals and purpose for the work package to the project team members so that the project secures effective use of time and resources
• Defining scope, requirements and interfaces between teams and tasks
• Creating and developing the project plan with effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes
• Ensuring budget adherence and making sure that all documentation and certifications are completed compliantly
• Regularly reporting project performance to stakeholders.
• Lead project engineering & instil a ‘best-in-class’ approach to project execution.
Requirements:
• Educated to degree level & accomplished training engineering field (Project Management/Engineering)
• Several years experience in a project environment within biotech
• Expert communicator and multiple years experience in a project management capacity
• Fluency in English is required (Reading, writing & speaking)
